The salary range for this position is $79,988.28 - $119,982.42.   • Storm calculations

  • Offsite improvements designs

  • Construction details and notes
  • Services during construction (RFI and submittal review, construction observation and inspection, and record drawings)
  • Understand budget and schedule
  • Predict and deliver individual tasks within a set level of effort
  • Able to consistently meet budget and schedule expectations on projects
  • Selects from and employs the following design codes
  • Local jurisdiction

  • Frequent client communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4 years of experience required
  • 3 years of experience with advanced degree required
  • PE required
  • Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver’s license is required to support legitimate business purposes

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of technical fundamentals
  • Developing technical expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
  • Intermediate understanding of technical fundamentals
  • Proficient in software such as AutoCAD/C3D, HydroCAD, AutoTurn/Vehicle Tracking
  • Effective division of projects into individual tasks
  • Leadership of technical effort on small projects
  • Quality control of basic deliverables
  • Teamwork: team player able to follow on large, complex projects and lead a small team on simple tasks
  • Able to anticipate the needs of other technical disciplines and take responsibility for their results
  • Project delivery: produces the following independently
  • Understanding of budget and schedule

Pay

The salary range for this position is $79,988.28 - $119,982.42. In addition to base salary, employees may be entitled to other forms of compensation depending on the type, duties, or location of the position.
