About the role

The Opportunity Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join our Wilmington, Delaware office.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor vehicle, premises liability and property damage claims
• Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates for mentoring and skill development
• Gain confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued and continuously refined within our litigation groups

Requirements

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Delaware
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
