Responsibilities

• Representing our clients in court and making appearances on their behalf.
• Conducting depositions and gathering all necessary information for the case.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
• Providing legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
• Negotiating settlements to resolve civil disputes in the best interest of our clients.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborating with legal staff and sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Defense Attorney.
• Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven experience conducting depositions and handling civil defense cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and disputes effectively.
• The ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Pay

$150,000 - $250,000 per year.
