RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain shop equipment in a clean and orderly condition and report all deficiencies to supervisor
- Perform inspections to ensure tested and repaired equipment meet performance specifications
- Troubleshoot breakdowns of equipment to determine extent of damage or malfunctions
- Follow given operating instructions to maintain shop equipment operations
- Maintain supplies
- Call for repairs
- Perform regular preventive maintenance
- Complete and file all appropriate reports and paperwork
- Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Willingness to travel per project needs and requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
- Basic computer knowledge/skill
- Current driver’s license
- ASE Certified preferred
- Strong teamwork orientation; detail orientation; strong organizational skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
