Responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, managing teams, and adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols
• Manage and motivate construction teams
• Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and codes

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
