We should ensure no duplicate content. The benefits list includes some items that were also in the earlier benefits sentence; we combined. Check for any boilerplate leftover: We removed About Actalent, EEO, etc. Also removed Job Type & Location (maybe we could include location but it's not a heading; we could embed location in About the role? The location is Ashburn, VA. Could mention in About the role paragraph already includes Ashburn, VA. Good. We removed Workplace Type (fully onsite) - could be included in About the role or Schedule? Not required. Could add a sentence in About the role: "This is a fully onsite position in Ashburn, VA." But we already have Ashburn, VA in About the role. Could add "This is a fully onsite position." Might be beneficial but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that it's fully onsite. We can add to About the role paragraph: "This is a fully onsite position in Ashburn, VA." However the About the role paragraph currently: "The Civil Design Engineer / CAD Technician will support land development projects in the Ashburn, VA area, focusing on the design of industrial, commercial, and residential subdivision layouts. Working closely with licensed professional engineers and project teams, this role uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce site designs, grading plans, and stormwater management layouts for a variety of data center and land development projects." We can append "This is a fully onsite position." That preserves info. Also we might include "Permanent position" from Job Type & Location. That's substantive. Add to About the role: "This is a Permanent position." So final About the role: "The Civil Design Engineer / CAD Technician will support land development projects in the Ashburn, VA area, focusing on the design of industrial, commercial, and residential subdivision layouts. Working closely with licensed professional engineers and project teams, this role uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce site designs, grading plans, and stormwater management layouts for a variety of data center and land development projects. This is a Permanent, fully onsite position in Ashburn, VA." Now check for any other substantive info: "Work Environment The work environment is open, laid-back, and highly collaborative, with a strong team-first culture. The culture emphasizes responsiveness, honesty, communication, and reliability, allowing employees to create flexible schedules as long as they meet weekly deliverables and deadlines. The office promotes work/life balance and healthy, active lifestyles, and values versatility in handling multiple tasks and projects." Some of that is covered in Schedule and maybe Benefits? We have schedule flexible, but also culture emphasis. Could add a sentence to Schedule or About the role? The culture emphasis is substantive; we could add to About the role or maybe a separate "Work Environment" section. But we prefer few sections. Could incorporate into About the role or Schedule. The schedule section already mentions flexible schedules as long as meet weekly deliverables and deadlines. The culture emphasis about responsiveness, honesty, communication, reliability could be added to About the role or maybe a separate "Work Environment" section. Since we already have About the role, we can add that culture description there. Let's update About the role to include: "The work environment is open, laid-back, and highly collaborative, with a strong team-first culture emphasizing responsiveness, honesty, communication, and reliability." That covers. Now we might not need separate Schedule section for culture; but schedule still needed for flexible schedules and overtime. We'll keep Schedule section focusing on schedule specifics. Now check Benefits: we included health, dental, vision, 401k match, professional development assistance, retirement plans, paid time off (120 hours), life insurance, short term disability, All State supplemental accident & cancer coverage, 7 paid holidays, 3 liberal leave days. Also the earlier mention of "access to a competitive benefits package" is covered. Now ensure no duplication: The Benefits list includes "Paid time off (120 hours)" and also "7 Paid Holidays" and "3 Liberal Leave Days". That's fine. Now check for any leftover boilerplate like "Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ashburn, VA." We incorporated Permanent and location. Check "Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Sep 29, 2026." Remove. Check "About Actalent ..." Remove. Check "San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance..." Remove. Check "Massachusetts Lie Detector..." Remove. Check "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):" Remove. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: "Overtime is compensated at 0.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a week." Included in Schedule. "Work/life balance and healthy, active lifestyles" maybe we could add to Schedule or
