About the role
The Civic and Social Impact Coordinator supports the Clayco Enterprise and Foundation’s philanthropic giving and fundraising efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Grant Database Management and Reporting
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to the gift/grant application portal
- Process and track payment requests, invoices, and disbursements
- Generate regular reports and analysis of giving patterns and fundraising trends
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date gift/grants calendar
- Event and Community Engagement Support
- Aid in the planning, organization, and execution of internal fundraising events
- Manage logistics for internal fundraising events
- Track donations and provide support during events
- Plan volunteer activities for office staff with partner organizations
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to oversee charitable giving and secure funding for key initiatives
- Oversee the coordination of internal fundraising events
- Manage logistics for internal fundraising events
- Track donations and provide support during events
- Plan volunteer activities for office staff with partner organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in grantmaking and/or nonprofit administrative or development work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to track and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling reports and donor communications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CyberGrants or other grants management systems is preferred, but not required

- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with event planning and management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with grants management systems (optional)

Pay
The salary range for this position is approximately $72,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
