We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from position summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions + supervisory responsibilities?), Requirements (education/experience etc), Qualifications (maybe combine with requirements? The instruction says use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where.
We have a lot of content; we need to avoid duplication. We'll map:
- About the role: Position Summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list (maybe also supervisory responsibilities). Could combine both essential functions and supervisory responsibilities under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education/Experience, Certificates/Licenses, maybe also physical requirements? But physical requirements maybe under Requirements or separate? The instruction says use Requirements heading for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Actually they said: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So we can put requirements as list. - Qualifications: maybe the Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list? Or the competencies? The posting has "QUALIFICATIONS:" then Education/Experience etc. Then later "Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities". Then "Competencies". Could treat Qualifications as the Education/Experience etc. And Skills as the Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list. Or we could combine. We need to avoid thin sections. We'll produce: - About the role:
