Position Citrix Sales Director Job Description The Sales Director is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and aligning the Citrix sales organization with broader business objectives. This role serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership and the sales team, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. What You'll Be Doing Strategic Planning and Sales Forecasting Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to company objectives and market opportunitiesSet sales targets and quotas, and deliver accurate annual and quarterly revenue forecastsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators, including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycleLeverage pipeline insights to ensure predictable revenue and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities Strategic Execution Drive execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand market shareAlign sales motions with evolving market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and Citrix prioritiesEstablish and manage performance metrics, budgets, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution Team Leadership and Development Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams to achieve performance objectivesRecruit and retain top talent, while building a high-performance, accountable sales cultureProvide ongoing enablement, training, and career development to strengthen organizational capability Customer and Account Management Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partnersPartner with customers to understand business objectives and deliver value-driven solutionsLead negotiations and close high-value, strategic deals Market and Competitive Intelligence Maintain deep understanding of Citrix solutions, market trends, and competitive positioningEquip teams to effectively articulate value propositions and differentiate in the market Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategiesSupport product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth Reporting and Decision Support Provide regular, data-driven insights on sales performance, market trends, and business outlook to executive leadershipIdentify opportunities for growth and recommend strategic adjustments to improve outcomes What We're Looking For Proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations and delivering revenue growthStrong forecasting, analytical, and operational management capabilitiesExecutive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to influence across all levels of the organization and drive alignmentExperience in B2B enterprise sales, with preference for Citrix or adjacent technologiesTypically requires a minimum of 15-18 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. Work Arrangement Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
