Citrix Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Citrix Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments across both On-Premises and Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Workspace, image management, performance optimization, and end-user computing services. This role will be responsible for platform stability, modernization initiatives, operational support, automation, and architecture improvements across hybrid Citrix environments.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Tampa, Orlando, or Columbus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.
- Administer and manage Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and On-Prem Citrix deployments.
- Manage Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and Director.
- Configure and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler Gateway) for secure remote access.
- Perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and environment optimization.
- Lead Citrix platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Support Citrix workloads hosted on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Deploy and manage Cloud Connectors and resource locations.
- Support cloud-based VDI and application delivery services.
- Drive migration of legacy on-prem Citrix infrastructures to Citrix Cloud/DaaS.
- Resolve issues, investigate root causes, and focus on prevention rather than reaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix environments across both On-Premises and Cloud platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the hourly salary ranges for this role in various locations:
- California: $30.67 to $74.42
- Cleveland: $28.41 to $59.52
- Colorado: $30.67 to $64.28
- District of Columbia: $32.69 to $68.46
- Illinois: $28.41 to $64.28
- Maine: $26.15 to $54.76
- Maryland: $30.67 to $64.28
- Massachusetts: $30.67 to $68.46
- Minnesota: $30.67 to $64.28
- New York: $28.41 to $74.42
- New Jersey: $32.69 to $74.42
