Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our branches and assist them with transactions.
• Demonstrate and recommend products and services to customers.
• Create positive customer experiences by providing personalized advice and solutions.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and adherence to legal requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year of customer experience, including recommending and referring products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• One year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Motivates others through collaboration and process-oriented behavior.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

$21 / hour and up
