Adjunct Faculty Responsibilities

• Actively engage students through interactive online teaching.
• Guide students in problem- and project-based learning.
• Provide constructive feedback using rubrics for assessments.

Computer Security

• Maintain current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the curriculum.
• Offer feedback to program chairs for curricular improvements.
• Participate in faculty orientation and professional development (FacDev 411).

Program Details:

Cybersecurity & Networking curriculum: UMGC Cybersecurity Technology Program
Teaching is fully remote and flexible to support adult learners.

Schedule

Adjunct Faculty: Flexible schedule to accommodate adult learners.

Pay

• Instructor: $806 – $1,050 per credit hour
• Adjunct Professor with Terminal Degree: $1,347 – $1,645 per credit hour

Salary commensurate with experience.
