About the role

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven care community. This full-time role offers unmatched schedule flexibility, including 6-hour facility shifts (rounds generally start between 7-10 a.m.) and no on-call or overnight requirements. You’ll use company-provided technology, such as an iPad with LTE, voice dictation, AI Scribe, and UpToDate®, to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
  • Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
  • Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants).
  • Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay

The estimated compensation range for this position is $104,000 to $169,000 per year, based on a productivity-based model. This role is eligible for:

  • A longevity bonus of up to $50,000.
