Nurse Practitioner OR Physicians Assistant (NP/PA) - Hybrid (Cincinnati OR Columbus)

You will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intake and provide primary care focused on chronic management and preventative care.
• Proactively reach out to members needing follow-up care, including diagnostic coding compliance.
• Address and document quality gaps following contractual obligations.
• Stay updated on evidence-based care practices for complex patients and refer to specialists as necessary.
• Participate in care team conferences to provide input on care plans and clinical interventions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• National certification as a PA or NP with active state license.
• DEA licensure or willingness to acquire it.
• Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers.

Pay

$125,000 – $135,000 annually.
