- Powered by JazzHR eEuSI81IwX (remove)
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
Thus we should remove sections like Equal Opportunity Employment, DEP Notices of Vacancy deadline, etc. Also remove "Authorization to Work" maybe? It's not boilerplate but it's a requirement; but it's about authorization to work in US. Might be considered a requirement but not boilerplate. However it's a generic statement; but it's specific to the job (must be authorized). Might keep as part of Requirements? The instruction says remove application instructions. Authorization to Work is not exactly application instruction but a condition. Might keep.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
Potential sections:
- About the role: Could be the Scope of Eligibility Description + Specific to Position. That's a description of role.
- Responsibilities: Could be the Specific to Position bullet points (work with staff, research, etc). Could also include assisting with Green Acres Local and Nonprofit Assistance Program.
- Requirements: The list of education/experience requirements, license, SAME, Veteran's Preference, Residency, Authorization to Work.
- Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements; but we can combine. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
- Skills: Could mention Attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Excel are critical; Commitment to land preservation and recreation helpful. Could be Skills section.
- Benefits: Employee Benefits: Earned Sick Time, Defined Contribution Retirement Plan, earn sick leave.
- Pay: Salary: $25/Hour.
- Schedule: Work Week: 40 hours per week (Up to 944 hours max per fiscal year).
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like Opening/Closing dates, etc. Those are metadata; we could include them maybe in a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Opening/Closing dates are minor metadata; we could include them in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate small paragraph. But we should not create a heading for them. Could add a
with Opening Date: 9/25/2026; Closing Date: 10/16/2026; Existing Vacancies: 1; Location: Department of Environmental Protection ... etc. However the instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could add a
after the headings maybe before sections? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Opening/Closing dates are substantive? They are metadata but still info. We should include them somewhere. We could add a
at top: "Opening
