The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to inclusive hiring and a diverse workforce. We strongly encourage people from all backgrounds to apply. Accommodations under ADA will be provided upon request. Powered by JazzHR (boilerplate to remove). We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove sections like "Equal Opportunity Employment", "DEP Notices of Vacancy have a 4:00 p.m. deadline...", "Accommodations under ADA will be provided upon request.", "Powered by JazzHR". Also remove "Authorization to Work" maybe? It's not boilerplate but it's a requirement; but it's about work authorization. It's substantive? It says "Selected candidates must be authorized to work in the United States per the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship, and Immigration Services regulations. NOTE: The State of New Jersey does not provide sponsorship for citizenship to the United States." This is a requirement; we could keep it under Requirements or Qualifications. However the instruction says remove application instructions. This is not exactly application instruction but a requirement. Might keep. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: could be the Scope of Eligibility Description + Specific to Position combined? Could be a summary of role. We'll create an

About the role

with paragraphs describing the role. - Responsibilities: The Specific to Position includes responsibilities: planning survey fieldwork, coordinating data collection and processing, coordinating review of survey results by participating agencies, preparing regular status reports. Also maybe other duties from Scope: takes lead over staff, performs professional administrative analytical work, promotes planning operation implementation monitoring evaluation, conducts research and field work. We'll list responsibilities as
  • . - Requirements: The Requirements section includes experience/education combos, professional experience definition, degree accreditation, foreign degree evaluation, driver's license condition, Veteran's Preference, Residency requirement, Authorization to work. We'll put those as list items. - Qualifications: Could be similar to Requirements but maybe separate? The posting doesn't have a separate Qualifications heading; we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. There's no explicit "Qualifications" section; but we could treat Requirements as Qualifications. However we already have Requirements heading. Could also have Skills heading for Preferred Skill Set. - Skills: Preferred Skill Set list. - Benefits: Employee Benefits: Earned Sick Time (earn one hour per 30 hours). That's specific. - Pay: Salary: $35 Per Hour. - Schedule: Work Week: 35 hours per week. We also have Opening/Closing dates, Vacancies, Location. Those could be placed in a short

under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Details". But we only have headings for the listed categories; we could include location etc in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Architectural Survey Coordinator (implied). We'll not put that as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all specifics: location, dates, vacancies, work week, salary, etc. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. We don't have those. We need to output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:
