About the role

The Senior Associate in Santander’s Investment Banking Industrials team plays a pivotal role in driving a customer-centric transformation. This role emphasizes project management, mentorship, and client interaction, focusing on developing technical skills and building a robust professional network.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across all sectors of the Industrials Group.
• Take a leadership role in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and financial analysis.
• Manage and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Oversee Analysts' work and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Actively participate in client meetings and deal discussions.
• Contribute to deal structuring and negotiation processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Finance, Business or related field/sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in industrials.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and self-starter.
• Strong technical financial modeling and valuation skills.

Skills

• Registration for FINRA SIE within 90 days of hire date.
• Registration for FINRA Series 79 within 90 days of hire date.
• Registration for FINRA Series 63 within 90 days of hire date.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $175,000.00 USD to $225,000.00 USD annually.
