CI Exercise Physiologist
About the role
The Clinical Integration (CI) Exercise Physiologist is responsible for exercise and health coordination needs of all Cardiac, Pulmonary, Vascular, and Medical Exercise participants. This role includes cardiac monitoring, assessing exercise tolerance and needs, developing exercise prescriptions, and ongoing exercise and health plans. The position provides health promotion and education to participants within the scope of their profession and is accountable for achieving optimal outcomes in the specialty programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or Kinesiology required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- ACSM, NASM, or AACVPR Certification preferred.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,499.20 to $71,052.80 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
