About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Church's Manager in the overall operation of the Church's franchise located in Marshall, IL.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Church's requirements and directives
• Ensure compliance with all health and food safety guidelines and requirements
• Direct oversight of Church's employees
• Scheduling
• Inventory ordering and management
• Store cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
