About the role
The residency is a full-time paid position for church planters looking to plant in RDU and consists of 3 phases. The residency is complete when the new church has been planted. Phase 1 focuses on building the foundations of the church plant. Phase 2 focuses on equipping & training the church planter and their team for the launch. Phase 3 finishes up all the logistics leading up to launch day. The residency length will vary depending on the needs of the resident.
Responsibilities
- BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE CHURCH PLANT
- EQUIPPING & TRAINING THE CHURCH PLANTER AND THEIR TEAM FOR LAUNCH
- FINISHING UP ALL THE LOGISTICS LEADING UP TO LAUNCH DAY
