$15 hourly plus production bonuses

About the role

Reports directly to Supervisor. This is a seasonal, part-time position that has the opportunity to turn into a long-term, permanent position in one of our core departments. We are looking for the right person who is willing to learn; experience is not necessary but is always welcomed. We will train the right highly motivated person.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation techniques for holiday decorating displays, including:
  • Laying out materials for the job
  • Roof & fascia lighting
  • Window lighting
  • Tree & shrub lighting
  • Ground lighting
  • Specialty décor
• Perform ladder work as required
• Ensure safety of crew members by maintaining a safe working environment and reporting concerns to the crew leader
• Perform light electrical work with Christmas lights, including calculating power limitations for power sources
• Represent the company positively with a respectable appearance
• Complete installations in a timely manner per company requirements, with exceptions for unusual circumstances
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards, and performance expectations as outlined in the employee handbook

• Ability to add and calculate power limitations for power sources
• Entry-level experience acceptable; training provided
