CHMC - NURSING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Maintains quality patient care through effective management of the activities of Patient Care Services staff during his/her assigned shift. In the absence of Administration, has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions.

Reports To

VP of Nursing

Education

Required: Minimum of associates degree and five years experience as a registered nurse

Preferred: Bachelors degree and three years experience

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid New York State registered nurse license
• Successful completion of both BLS and ACLS courses

Training and Experience

Required: Patient care experience in multiple practice settings desirable

Preferred: leadership experience preferred
