Chiropractic Front Desk Scheduler

About the role

As our Front Desk Scheduler, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic. You'll greet patients, coordinate appointments, answer questions, manage phone calls, collect payments, and help ensure that every patient feels comfortable, valued, and supported throughout the healing process. This is not a short-term or transitional position; we're looking for someone who wants to become an important, long-term member of our team.

Our multidisciplinary team includes chiropractors, acupuncturists, rehabilitation specialists, and massage therapists, all working together to help patients achieve better health and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming environment
• Coordinate and schedule appointments
• Answer patient questions and manage phone calls
• Collect payments
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported throughout their healing process

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a consistent, predictable schedule.

$20 - $24 hourly
