Driver Rate
Driver rate: $26.03/hour based on trip rate (before bonuses and other incentives)
Work Schedule
- Reliable year-round, Monday to Friday work that gets you home every day
- 4 paid 8 hour holidays per year
- 24-hour dispatch team
- Weekend work when available
- Paid Chaining up is paid at $17 per chain up

- Direct deposit pay, twice monthly
Training
- Training paid at $16.28 plus overtime.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road worthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Load and unload wood residual fiber products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure safe transportation of freight by securing goods while loading and unloading.
- Tarp vehicle using manual or auto tarps as available.
- Chain-up vehicle based on road conditions.
- Complete all electronic records regarding working hours, vehicle status and maintenance records using the industry’s best fleet management system, ISAAC.
- Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- 2 years of trucking experience preferred
- Winter mountain driving experience preferred
- Clean driver’s abstract (please attach with the application)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing.
- Ability to enter Canada for work purposes (COVID-19 vaccine no longer required to enter Canada)
