About the role
Serve as a liaison to executive stakeholders and work effectively as a dedicated team member. Manage company delivery and construction progress, reporting diligently to the client and team leader. Communicate professionally with the client and internal related departments.
Responsibilities
- Apply strong HVAC knowledge and a project control mindset to manage all project phases.
- Submit project status reports periodically and after key project events to the team leader.
- Create and optimize schedules for chiller units and cooling equipment to speed up delivery and prevent delays.
- Maintain safety logs, risk assessment data, and drawings/approval books.
- Collect work plans and risk assessment data.
- Assess project and lay out specification, and timelines for chiller systems.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Demonstrate a vast general knowledge of a project of data center and plant construction and HVAC best practices.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all code requirements.
- Meet or exceed all code requirements.
- Responsible for project oversight, ensuring quality work is completed on time.
- Support team members and carry out duties assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual in English/Korean is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of construction-related experience preferred, chiller and HVAC experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to optimize schedules and track heavy equipment deliveries.
- Strong sense of responsibility and diligence in reporting to the team leader and stakeholders.
- 3 Basic engineering capabilities to understand specifications and drawings.
- US work authorization required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Available to travel to the job site as needed.
- Comfortable working in a construction environment.
Pay
$86,715—$127,182 USD
