Childrens Gymnastics Dance Instructor Weekend shift required

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided)
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience
• Work late nights (6-9pm) to host parties for kids while parents get 'adult time'
• Love celebrating kids' successes and enjoy being a goofball
• Enjoy working with kids and their families, building long-lasting relationships
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment
• Engage in various activities throughout the day to meet fitness goals

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success
• A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance is helpful
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults alike

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
