About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This is a fun, dynamic environment where you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes to 3-10 year olds with 3 other instructors in the gym at the same time, with training provided.
• Assist in teaching classes from our proven curriculum.
• Work with children of all ages, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Engage with both children and parents, creating memorable experiences.
• Participate in staff trainings and team-building events.
• Prepare for and host birthday parties on weekends, earning tips in addition to your pay.

Requirements

• A contagious personality and ability to make children and parents happy.
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Flexible scheduling available, including 4-hour shifts Monday through Sunday and occasional 8-hour shifts.
