Location

  • Work in collaboration with and under the supervision of Mental Health Professionals.
  • Support, plan and implement clinically informed and developmentally appropriate curriculum and a safe effective day treatment environment.
  • Provide mental health services to children and families consistent with ethical best practices and St. David's Center mission, vision and values.
  • Explore the impact of mental health issues on family relationships, shift negative patterns of relating and improve the relationship between the parent and the child.
  • Address individual client treatment goals from client's treatment plan.
  • Monitor and assess treatment progress and complete daily case notes and weekly summaries.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, individual/group supervision, curriculum meetings etc.
  • Collaborate with team members (within and outside of St. David's Center) to provide comprehensive day treatment services to assigned clients.

The pay range for these positions starts at $57,800 - $69,300 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Family Place Program Summary

St. David's Center for Child & Family Development's Family Place program (Harman Center) is an early intervention, Preschool Mental Health Day Treatment program for young children (3-6) who struggle to manage their emotions and behavior at home, within their childcare/school setting and/or the larger community. Some may have experienced trauma, an early loss of or lack of consistent caregivers, various forms of abuse/neglect or may have been asked to leave typical childcare settings. Family Place has been providing services for over 30 years!
