Children's Therapist

About the role

A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Children’s Therapist to join our innovative team. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide therapeutic support to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with children and their families
• Evaluate and document progress using standardized assessment tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Valid state licensure as a therapist or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child psychology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
