The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a springboard to life’s adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties using our proven curriculum (training provided).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a family‑like membership experience.
• Lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children, families, and teammates.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, open to being a goofball, and love giving (air) high‑fives.
• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, physical education, or related education (preferred).
• Strong desire to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Ability to connect with kids and parents; personable and upbeat.
• Consistently positive mood and reliable work ethic.
• Enjoy fun but know when to buckle down and get work done.

Compensation

$14.00 – $17.00 per hour.
