Children's Fitness Instructor - The Little Gym of Hatfield

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes and lead fabulous birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a family‑like membership experience.
• Lead by example, positively impacting the growth and development of children and families.
• Collaborate with a team of instructors who teach classes and run weekend birthday parties.

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education (preferred).
• Enthusiastic, goofball personality with a love for giving high‑fives.
• Strong desire to serve and make others feel good.
• Ability to connect with kids and earn the trust of their parents.
• Positive attitude; classmates would vote you “most likely to be in a good mood.”
• Fun‑loving yet capable of focusing on work when needed.
