Children's Fitness Instructor - The Little Gym of Franklin
About the Role
We are hiring multiple Children's Fitness Instructors to join our team. If you have tons of energy, love kids, and are looking for a way to give back to your community, this role is for you!
You will teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. As part of a team of instructors, you will work weekends to teach classes and run birthday parties. You will coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility to ensure they have a magical experience. Outstanding customer service and a family-like membership experience are key.
This role offers opportunities for upward mobility—many leaders in our company started in this position.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with hosting families to ensure a magical experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Lead and positively impact the growth and development of children and families in our community.
Requirements
- Open to being a goofball and giving (air) high fives.
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education is helpful.
- Passion for serving others and making people feel good.
- Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
- Known for maintaining a good mood and having fun while knowing when to focus and work hard.

Pay
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
