Children's Fitness Instructor - The Little Gym of Franklin

About the role

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

As a Children's Fitness Instructor, you will teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You’ll be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends, coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, and provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in the community.

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and giving (air) high 5’s—background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Passion for serving others and making them feel good.
• Ability to connect well with both kids and their parents.
• Naturally positive, upbeat, and able to maintain a good mood while working.
• Balance fun with professionalism—know when to have fun and when to buckle down.

Pay

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by its management. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA).
