Children's Case Management/CTSS Practitioner

Responsibilities

The Children’s Case Management/CTSS Practitioner provides mental health case management and therapeutic support services to children and their families in the community setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from an accredited college or university
• Plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience or 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage

$43,282.00 - $62,846.00 per annum
