About the role
This position is responsible for supervising case managers in both children's and adult services in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor case managers to ensure quality service delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for case management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in case management or related field
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
