Children & Family Services Program Manager

The Program Manager supervises and oversees the daily activities of the Foster Care (FC) Licensing, Home Visiting, and Second Circle Lodge. This incumbent will be responsible for managing workflow, monitoring workers' productivity, evaluating, coaching, providing positive and constructive feedback, training new employees and completing reports. Gives regular updates to immediate supervisor. Incumbent adheres to DHRD management, policies, including tribal and federal policies/regulations. The incumbent is responsible for providing supervision, budget management and educating staff on any changes to DHRD policies, and tribal/federal policy/guidelines, for each program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily activities of Foster Care Licensing, Home Visiting, and Second Circle Lodge
• Manage workflow and monitor workers' productivity
• Evaluate, coach, and provide positive and constructive feedback
• Train new employees
• Complete reports and give regular updates to immediate supervisor
• Ensure adherence to DHRD management, policies, including tribal and federal regulations
• Provide supervision, budget management, and educate staff on policy changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Valid Driver's License
• Above average written skills and effective verbal communication
• Working knowledge of CAPS/MFSIS Database System
