About the Role

Serve as an Edge Kids Coach, engaging children aged 12 weeks to 12 years in active, fun-filled activities that promote confidence and enjoyment. Assist in creating an energetic, motivating environment where fitness meets fun and provide an outstanding customer experience. Support the Edge Kids mission by greeting parents, checking in children, and facilitating age-appropriate games and activities. Maintain a clean and organized space, collaborate with staff, and adhere to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong class management and communication skills
