About the role

Edge Kids Coaches create an active, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere where fitness meets fun for children aged 12 weeks to 12 years. Your attention, enthusiasm, and creativity will set the Edge apart and help kids leave more confident than when they arrived.

Responsibilities

• Move, groove, and play with children using our exciting Edge Kids program of activities.
• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service.
• Greet parents and check in children in a professional and friendly manner.
• Engage and instruct children in age-appropriate games and activities according to the provided program.
• Support and articulate the Edge Kids mission while adhering to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and sanitary environment in the Edge Kids room.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids and ability to connect with both children and parents.
• High energy, great attitude, and a "roll up the sleeves" mentality.
• Excellent class management skills.
• Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Committed to training and ongoing personal development.
