About the role

Edge Kids provides an active, upbeat and motivating atmosphere where Fitness Meets Fun! As an Edge Kids Coach, you’ll move, groove, and play with children aged 12 weeks to 12 years using our exciting Edge Kids program of activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service
• Greet parents and check in children to Edge Kids in a professional and friendly manner
• Engage and instruct children in age-appropriate games and activities according to the provided program
• Support and articulate Edge Kids mission; adhere to Edge Kids Policies and Procedures
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Support fellow staff in all areas of the Edge Fitness Clubs
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep the Edge Kids room neat, clean, and sanitary
• Demonstrate excellent class management skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
• Demonstrates a "roll up the sleeves" mentality
• Passion for working with kids
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Committed to training and ongoing personal development
• Good work ethic; reliable, on time, and dependable
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable with children ages 12 weeks through 12 years
