About the role

Responsibilities

• Be an engaging, child-focused individual willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes.
• Focus on active participation (“doing”) rather than passive watching.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience.
• At least 2-3 childcare references are required.
• Part-time schedules available (12–30 hours per week); weekday afternoons and weekends are the biggest need.
• Reliable and insured transportation required to travel to various family homes; families may request drop‑off and pick‑up for activities during your shift.
• Cell phone with data plan to accept and record assignments.

Pay

Pay range: $18 per hour to $21 per hour, plus sibling care bonuses and guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $23 per hour).

Start date: ASAP. Part‑time schedules available (12–30 hours per week) with greatest need for weekday afternoons and weekends.
