About the Role

As an Edge Kids Coach, you will create a fun, energetic, and motivating environment for children aged 12 weeks to 12 years, engaging them in age-appropriate activities and games.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate active, upbeat activities to promote confidence and enjoyment
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting parents and checking in children
• Support fellow staff and adhere to club policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Encourage positive interactions and smiles

Requirements

• Passion for working with kids and high energy attitude
• Ability to manage children effectively and demonstrate class management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a "roll up the sleeves" mentality
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training and personal development
• Must pass a criminal background check
