Childcare Provider

About the role

Under the guidance of Supervisor, Children's Services, ensures the needs of the children are met and assists in the implementation and direction of daily routines and activities.

Schedule

Part-time schedule of 9:15 am to 2:45 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One of the following:
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
  • 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services
  • 15 credit hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services and 1,250 hours of work experience related to the care and development of children
  • 2,500 hours of work experience related to the care and development of children
• Able to multi-task and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services
• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services
