Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s educational and operational objectives, aligning with organizational mission and visionOversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programs and servicesLead, manage, and support staff including faculty, administrative personnel, and student services teams to foster a collaborative and motivated work environmentEnsure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements related to education administrationCultivate relationships with university partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the center’s growth and reputationMonitor program quality through regular assessment, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote a positive campus culture that emphasizes leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and student success Requirements Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting with a focus on administration or leadership rolesStrong background in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively allocate resources and meet organizational goalsDemonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university levelExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational changeKnowledge of university policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards relevant to higher education institutionsExcellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, faculty, and external partnersAssociate’s degree or higher required; related field preferred3 years of leadership/management experience Join us as aCenter Director, where your leadership will shape the future of education within our community.
