Childcare Center Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s educational and operational objectives, aligning with organizational mission and vision
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programs and services
• Lead, manage, and support staff including faculty, administrative personnel, and student services teams to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements related to education administration
• Cultivate relationships with university partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the center’s growth and reputation
• Monitor program quality through regular assessment, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive campus culture that emphasizes leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and student success

Requirements

• Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting with a focus on administration or leadership roles
• Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively allocate resources and meet organizational goals
• Demonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university level
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change
• Knowledge of university policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards relevant to higher education institutions
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, faculty, and external partners

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
