Childcare Assistant Teacher/Floater

About the role

Are you a passionate, experienced early childhood educator ready to lead a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn? We’re looking for Floaters to work in Strongsville, Ohio who love working with young children and want to be part of a supportive, close‑knit school community where teachers are valued and growth is encouraged. Classrooms we’re hiring for: all age groups. Our hiring process includes resume review, a 30‑minute phone conversation with a recruiter, an on‑site interview and classroom visit with the Center Director, followed by an offer.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. No nights, no weekends.

Pay

$13–$16 per hour, based on education and experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to pass required background checks
