About the role

Inspire Early Education is seeking an experienced and caring Childcare Assistant Director to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Center Director to ensure the day-to-day operations of the center, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and supporting children's holistic development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement an Emergent Curriculum to help educators create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the Center Director to manage the center's operations.
  • Support teachers in promoting children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Engage with parents and families, providing support and communication about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with professionals to support children with specialized needs.
  • Maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
  • State of MO Director Qualified Certification.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Availability between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with children.

Pay

$15 - $18 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
