About the role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the childcare center, including staff management, budgeting, and program development. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet state and federal guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage the center's budget and financial records
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide support and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education
• Valid state teaching license or certification
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
