Childcare Assistant Director

About the role

The Nest Schools is seeking a School Assistant Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and embraces the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation of high-quality early childhood programs aligned with the curriculum and education specialist’s vision.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Works closely with teachers to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Oversees budget management and allocation of resources for classroom activities and materials.
• Facilitates professional development opportunities for teachers through the Nest University program.
• Strives to create a positive work culture that aligns with the school's core values of Wellness, Innovation, Kindness, and Fun.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in large schools.
• A strong background in Early Childhood Education.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Director Credential (e.g., #ZR).
