About the role
Do you want to work with kids, color, paint, and wear tennis shoes to work? Do you want to make a difference in a child’s life? The YMCA is the place for you! We are looking for energetic, nurturing, team-players to work on our Family Engagement team.
Responsibilities
The team will provide safe and engaging, quality child care and be a positive role model for children, parents and other staff, while doing age-appropriate activities with kids.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended
- Red Cross Babysitting certificate, course work in child development or related field preferred but not required

Pay and Schedule
Part-time position, $15.00 per hour. Hours include evenings (4:00 pm- 7:30 pm), weekday mornings (9am-12pm), Saturdays (8 am - 12 pm), and monthly events on Friday nights (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM).
