Child Watch Staff

About the role

The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist in the administration of the Kids Club at The Recreation Center. The Child Watch staff is under the direct supervision of the Recreation Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, child care, and Kids Club activities.
• Serves or performs duties different from those performed in the usual course and scope of the job during emergency situations for the benefit of the public.
• Supports members with childcare needs while they utilize the recreation center.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Completed Child Watch required training within 2 weeks of employment.
